Being in college carries a lot of responsibilities, however, many students are also under the impression that it is also the best time for having fun. While it is true that you are going to meet some amazing people in college, fitting all the obligations, responsibilities and active social life is impossible; simply because a day has only 24 hours.

Cramming everything in a tight schedule causes a lot of stress, which can devastate your general health. However, by acquiring a couple of habits, you will be in a position that will allow you to easily prevent becoming ill.

Sticking with a good diet is not only good for your immune system, but for maintaining a healthy cardiovascular system as well. Having a healthy meal plan is something many people struggle with, because they think it takes a lot of effort, but the truth is that you only need a week or two to get used to the new plan. Afterwards, it becomes a habit.

Create a reasonable schedule

The main problem with going to college and trying to achieve all your goals is the amount of obligations that you encounter every single day. However, to achieve all of the task, all you have to do is introduce a little bit of organization in your day.

This is hard to achieve for many people, because they believe that it is impossible to function like this and still feel relaxed and have fun. Choose your friends carefully

What you can achieve also depends on the type of people you hang out with every day. It is quite simple, if you are surrounded by negative and generally lazy people who just want to party all the time, you should seriously reconsider who you are friends with.

None of these things are good for your general health; it creates a loop in which you lose sight of what your goals are, which dramatically increases stress levels over a longer period of time. Having fun is great, but it should be a celebration for an achievement and a way to blow off some steam, not your main priority. Instead of staying in the loop, pick a group of like-minded friends who have similar habits. They will make sticking with your healthy habits much easier.
