  1. If benefits are strong enough to outweigh the urge to light up, it get to be easier to a weed smoker to quit weed smoking. Yes, health related and other benefits are mighty instead of smoking weed. After quitting weed, about 85% people get rid of symptoms usually within 3 weeks.

  2. I started smoking weed myself years ago and although it’s not a common idea: it’s very addictive. My friends got me into it at a young age and it took over my life for years. I managed to quit in 2016 due to the reasons you mentioned, changing habit / diet etc.. but it took a lot of work! Great article and some very valid points made!
