Khloe Kardashian’s Post-Baby Weight Loss Strategy!

Khloé Kardashian is taking it nice and slow!

After losing 33 lbs. of baby weight in July, the KUWTK star revealed in a blog post earlier this month she still had 17 lbs. to go.

In an interview with US Weekly published on Wednesday, True Thompson‘s momma opens up about her “slow” weight loss strategy. She dished:

“I’m still active, I still workout, but I’m not like ‘I have to lose 50 pounds in two months’ or whatever those expectations are… It’s very normal to lose weight at a slow process. For me, that’s how I lost all my weight before and how it stayed off.”‘

Back in 2016, KoKo famously dropped 40 lbs. to get her Revenge Body.

However, before this, the 34-year-old relied on “diet fads” which caused her weight to fluctuate like a “yo-yo”:

“I used to fluctuate weight because I would try all these diet fads and then I would gain the weight right back. I would always yo-yo. When I lost my weight and kept it off, it’s when I lost it slowly. I know that expression ‘the turtle wins the race’, ’cause now I know, OK, let me lose it in a healthy way’ so I keep it off, ’cause the last thing I want to do is yo-yo again in my life.”‘

Despite her plans for improvement, the new mom feels super confident and comfortable at her current size:

“It’s so weird. I thought I would possibly be more insecure and I’m really not that insecure… I’m not at my body weight, so I definitely have the areas that I want to improve or this-or-that, but I’m more like, ‘You’re just… I’m badass.’”

Overall, Khloé isn’t putting too much pressure on herself to achieve a perfect physique:

“I know that I just had a baby, I’m still really athletic, I’m still able to do all of these things. It’s just not my top, top priority — health and fitness is one of my major priorities but I feel good not putting so much pressure on myself… I think society and, in this day and age, people show you these snap backs and you’re just like, ‘Oh, my God. How do they look like that in a week?’ You tend to even put the pressure on yourself but I’ve just been really enjoying these moments.”‘

Gurl, you are beautiful just the way you are!

But if you wanna lose an unsightly 238 lbs. overnight we know where we’d start. Just sayin’.
