In 2016 Michael Satsky & Brian Gefter opened their first Hotel, The Plymouth Miami Beach and Blue Ribbon Sushi along with Think Hotel Group. The property is one of only two hotels named as part of the “Small Luxury Hotels” brand, located in the southeastern United States. Additionally, The Plymouth Hotel won the 2019 Conde Nast Johansens award for “Best Urban Hotel”.

In 2018 Provocateur was acquired by London Trust Media Holdings to create a boutique development group specializing in Food & Beverage, Hotels, and Events. Within this new structure, Brian Gefter is named President to oversee all business operations and corporate growth and expansion.
